The provincial course on the certificate of incapability process is now live in the PHSA Learning Hub,  and the Public Guardian and Trustee has updated their website with instructional material.   Under the new legislation that came into force on December 1, 2014, RPNs are one of several qualified health care providers who may conduct a financial incapability assessment if they meet the standards, limits and conditions set by the CRPNBC and follow employer policies. The CRPNBC Limits and Conditions can be found here.
